Our Commitment

Early Childhood Professional Training and Consulting, LC is committed to making our website and the Ask Ms. Kim app accessible to all educators, including those using assistive technology. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and test with automated accessibility tools as part of our releases.

What We Have Implemented

• Full zoom and text resizing support
• Labels on all form fields and alternative text on meaningful images
• Keyboard-reachable navigation, including a labeled mobile menu button
• Landmark regions (navigation, main content, footer) for screen reader users
• An optional Spanish translation feature, plus full English/Spanish support inside the Ask Ms. Kim app

Report a Barrier

Accessibility is ongoing work, and real feedback is the best test. If you encounter any barrier using this website or the Ask Ms. Kim app, please email hello@ecptc.org with a description of the issue and the device and assistive technology you were using. We will respond within 5 business days and prioritize a fix.
